‘For babes, dolls and sweethearts’ Founded by the Ukrainian fashion and documentary photographer Julie Poly in 2021, Berlin-born biannual Temptress is a glossy bilingual art magazine dedicated to the exploration of ‘eroticism and its representation in the modern world’. Allied with feminist and queer causes and committed to creating a space for open-minded dialogue, it platforms a diverse array of artists, writers, filmmakers, photographers, poets, and illustrators whose varied identities mirror the breadth of human experience. Themed ‘Pleasure’, the fifth issue features four covers to choose from: model Sasha Vodniy poses in a risqué bridal gown, visual art director Lily Carmesi embraces her wild side in head to heeled-toe cheetah print, Poster Girl founder Francesca Capper takes a selfie adorned in the brand’s iconic red latex and Internet personality Shura Stone serves up a feast featuring herself as the centrepiece.  temptress.me
