‘For fashion eccentrics’ Photographer William E. Wright's glossy little Street Flash is a zine presenting an alternative, culture-first take on street style in London, while building on the archive of ‘street’ looks set by the likes of 90s Japanese titles FRUiTS and Street.  This second issue, now perfect bound, continues where the first left off—watermelon purses, Union Jack sweaters, furry leg warmers complete just a few of the big looks caught on London’s streets.
