From the people of The Preserve Journal comes a new sister publication all about telling regional food stories: Entangled Landscapes. Focused on the intersection of food, agriculture and sustainability, this new magazine dedicates each volume to a single region and its distinct food cultures and agricultural landscapes.  The inaugural issue is all about the central Italian region of Abruzzo: ‘Forte e gentile best defines Abruzzo.
